Autodialer - Overview

TCMS standalone automatic dialer enables business to broadcast phone messages without the use of call center agents. Unlike the vast majority of automated dialers available in the market today, TCMS automated dialers come with a robust offering of advanced functionality to enable business to achieve maximum efficiency with notifications, reminders and qualified lead generation. TCMS autodialer service allows you to leave a message on Answering Machines, or play a different message for live answers. Optionally the called party may press a key and be transferred to a telemarketing agent.


The advanced features within the TCMS autodialer service allow companies to design highly customized campaigns within any ODBC-compliant database or CRM applications like Goldmine®, ACT® and many other third party database applications, providing maximum flexibility and efficiency. TCMS does not require users to “adapt” to new ways of storing, compiling, and retrieving data and call results. Working within a familiar database or CRM application are keys to continued efficiency and productivity. With our advanced functionality we interface our autodialer products with 300+ Legacy phone switches and many other third party applications.


The TCMS automatic dialer is entirely built on Microsoft® based software standards and is coupled with industry leading Intel® Dialogic® hardware, these call progress detection boards provide the fastest and most accurate call detection in the industry. Adding to TCMS’s call detection efficiency is advanced call processing algorithm which speeds both during call progress call detection as well as after call processing call flows.


Once connected TCMS autodialer service will begin to dial out from a predefined list of phone numbers, or from numbers which it generates randomly. On Screen statistics allow you to keep a close watch on the performance of TCMS autodialer service. Autodialer application allows you to out dial to consecutive or random telephone numbers. Dialer can be given a list of up to 200,000 + numbers at a time and 31-digit telephone numbers, or be directed to dial randomly within an area code or exchange. Dialer will report the status of the line, and play a voice message when the line is answered. Call statistics are provided on screen in real time.


TCMS autodialer service works with your plain old home telephone lines, or for bulk dialing you may consider using the digital T1 or E1, DS3 , ISDN , PRI lines.


“Types of automated dialing” There are several types of autodialing.


Finally a smart autodialer initiate calls, plays pre-recorded messages & prompts while intelligently differentiating between an answering machine vs live person and passes the calls to your agents only when the called individual requests a contact.


Preview dialer allows your phone agents to view the call information prior to the call being placed. The agent can decide not to initiate the call.


Power dialer initiates dialing on multiple lines and agents are monitoring each call and at command of an agent it can leave a prerecorded message upon answering machine detection and in case of live person agent is already on the call before even call is connected providing complete control of calling campaign.


Progressive dialing passes the call information to the agent at the same time the number is being dialed by the phone dialer. The agent usually has a few seconds to view the call information, but cannot stop the call process.


Predictive dialer is more sophisticated because the phone dialer automatically calls several numbers and only passes a call to your agent when a person has been contacted. This eliminates busy signals, answering machines, etc.
